Mrs. Dugan, comes to FCS with six years of teaching experience. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education at Liberty University and she has her certification from International TEFL Academy. Mrs. Dugan is a talented musician and has graciously served as an accompanist for several of our recent concerts.
