Mrs. Melissa Miller-Kontir

Mrs. Melissa Miller-Kontir, was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, and after completing college, made the move to Bushkill, Pennsylvania – a place that quickly became home and where she began building her family. She is happily married to her husband, Keith Kontir, and recently celebrated just over two wonderful years of marriage. In 2015, Melissa launched TCB Promotions, a promotional products company based in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. What started as a small idea has grown into a business she is truly proud of. Outside of work, Melissa’s greatest joy comes from being a mom to her daughters, Meadow and Vienna Moritz, who attend Faith Christian School. Melissa’s family are also active members of Mountain Stream Baptist Church, where they have found a warm, encouraging, and faith-filled community. At Mountain Stream, Melissa also serves as a Sunday School Teacher and on various committees. When Melissa is not working, you can usually find her enjoying time with her family at their home in Bushkill. They love hosting Sunday Family Dinners—something they all look forward to each week—as well as gathering for competitive (and always hilarious) family game nights. Looking ahead, what Melissa would love to see for Faith Christian School and its families is even more connection, involvement, and shared experiences. Mellissa believes deeply in Christian education—it reflects who she is, the foundation Melissa wants for her children, and the legacy she hope they will carry forward with their own families one day. Melissa’s hope is that FCS continues to grow together as a community, supporting one another and building lasting relationships rooted in faith.
